In the fall of 2013, the Town of Joigny hosted a 20th anniversary celebration. The Town of Hanover was represented by Pietie Birnie, one of the founders of the exchange, and Athos Rassias, a Member of the Hanover Selectboard. The visitors from Hanover enjoyed a great weekend courtesy of their hosts in Joigny.
